Ricardo Averbac

Ricardo Averbac, Director of Orchestral Studies at Miami University.Extensive experience in conducting youth, college and conservatory level orchestras in nine countries, including University of Michigan, University of Pennsylvania and the Pioneer Philharmonic. Official adjudicator for the Ohio Music Educators Association, member of the Committee for the Arts and Innovative Thinking for the State of Ohio and former member of the Board of Education of the Philadelphia Orchestra.

Robert Baldwin

Robert Baldwin is Music Director for the Salt Lake Symphony and Director of Orchestral Activities at the University of Utah. Guest conducting engagements include the Koupio Academy in Finland, Hermitage Camerata in Saint Petersburg, Russia, the Lexington Philharmonic, Utah Virtuosi Brass, the Abilene Tri-Collegiate Opera, and numerous festivals and All-State Orchestras.

Kevin Bartram

Kevin Bartram, Orchestra director at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia, after having served as orchestra director at Gettysburg College, in Pennsylvania. He has degrees from Northwestern University, the University of Missouri-Columbia, and Shenandoah Conservatory. At UMW, Bartram teaches courses in music education and conducting.

Rebecca Burkhardt

Rebecca Burkhardt, Director of Orchestral Activities at the University of Northern Iowa since 1988, is active as a guest conductor and clinician of high school honor orchestras and bands throughout the Midwest. She has performed as conductor for the 2004 Iowa All-State Orchestra and again with that group at the 2005 National Governor’s Convention in Des Moines. A native of Texas, Dr. Burkhardt has earned degrees from Southwestern University (TX), the University of North Texas, and The University of Texas, Austin.
