2024 National Conference

2024 CODA National Conference

February 15-17, 2024
at Belmont University School of Music – Nashville, Tennessee

Applications are now open for the 2024 Conducting Masterclass with clinician Carl Topilow held at our national conference.

Both you and your conducting professor must be current members of CODA. You must be an enrolled student at the undergraduate (juniors and seniors only) or graduate level with a major in music or conducting. Former masterclass participants may not reapply for the workshop.

Conference Registration

Early Bird reduced rates are valid until January 15.

CODA Members: including Banquet Meal, $130 (early bird – use code “EarlyBirdMember”); $160 after Jan. 15.

CODA Student Members: including Banquet Meal, $75 (early bird – use code “EarlyBirdStudent”); $100 after Jan. 15.

Spouses/Significant Others of CODA Members: Everything including Banquet Meal, $70; Banquet Meal only, $40; Everything except Banquet Meal, $30. To register a spouse or significant other, please include this information in your Member or Student registration.

Conference Hotels

Please note: The rates shown when clicking on the links will be higher than charged at check-in; at check-in the rates will be lowered by $40 per room.

Any taxes and additional fees will be based on the reduced rates at check-in. CODA will pay the $40 + difference on Feb. 1.

Central Conference Hotel – Courtyard Nashville Vanderbilt/West End

The rate will show as $199.00 per night; it will be reduced to $159.00 per night when checking in.

Additional Rooms – Residence Inn & SpringHill Suites

The rate for Residence In will show as $209.00 per night (includes breakfast). It will be reduced to $169.00 when checking in.

The rate for Spring Hill Suites will show as $199.00 per night. It will be reduced to $159.00 when checking in.

These two properties are connected to each other and within walking distance of the Central Conference Hotel. Any provided transportation to and from conference events will pick-up/drop-off at all of the conference hotels.

Conference Highlights

Conference Host: Belmont University School of Music and Dr. Robert Gregg.

Throughout the conference, you will enjoy fellowship and exchanging of ideas with other CODA members.

Please keep in mind the typical weather conditions in Nashville in February: Highs 52, Lows 32.
